  Text	"DEATH ON OR AFTER 1ST JANUARY, 1898. Will. BE IT KNOWN that Edward Chesshyre Huntington of 44 Rowlands Road Worthing in the County of Sussex formerly of 15 King Street Cheapside in the City of London died on the 24th day of May 1927 at 44 Rowlands Road aforesaid AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Amy Emma Huntington of 18 Heene Terrace Worthing aforesaid Widow the Relict of the said deceased the sole Executrix named in the said Will Dated the 4th day of July 1927 Gross value of Estate ... £912-3-10 Net value of Personal Estate £668-18-11 THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Edward Chesshyre Huntington of 28 King Street Cheapside in the city of London Gentleman I give and bequeath to my dear wife Amy Emma Huntington all my property both real and personal and of whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever situate and I appoint my said wife sole EXECUTRIX of this my will IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunder set my hand this fifteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy two – EDWARD C. HUNTINGTON Signed by the said testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses – CYRUS DANIELL 46 Wigmore Street Gentleman – John Beevor Huntington Norfolk Street Manchester Sharebroker.
