Notice is hereby given that a Petition of The Right Honourable Sir Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill, K.G., O.M., C.H., and others, praying for the grant of a CHARTER OF INCORPORATION constituting a Body Politic and Corporate by the name and style of “The Master, Fellows and Scholars of Churchill College in Cambridge”, has been presented to Her Majesty in Council, and Her Majesty having referred the said Petition to a Committee of the Lords of the Council, Notice is hereby given that all Petitions for or against such grant should be delivered at the Privy Council Office on or before the 25th day of April next.
