    Notes:

    He professed the Roman Catholic faith, 21 October 1685, but after the Revolution he returned to the Anglican communion, 15 May 1692, taking his seat in the House of Lords, 14 November 1693.

    He bore the sceptre with the dove at the Coronation of Anne, 23 April 1702.
